The cost of your hotel stay or airfare (to and from FUTURE) is not included in the price of your conference ticket. The conference offers a discounted group rate at the host hotel, the Manchester Grand Hyatt, starting at $369 per night.

Yes, we have rooms blocked at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Once you've registered for the conference, you'll be able to book your room accommodations through Passkey, our hotel booking tool.

Note: Using the link provided by Passkey is the only way to book a room at the group rate within our room block at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the event space.

The early-bird price for a single registration is $985 for a full conference pass. Group rates are available at $925 per person for 3+ attendees and $850 per person for groups of 10+ from the same company. Early bird ends July 12, 2026.

The standard price for a single registration is $1,095 for a full conference pass. Group rates are available at $1,040 per person for 3+ attendees and $975 per person for groups of 10+ from the same company.

Included in your registration — at no additional cost — is access to attend exclusive hands-on trainings ($375 value). Available exclusively for AppFolio customers, these sessions are designed to build critical skills that can be put directly to work.

Party passes are $300 per guest and are available to guests 21 and older.

This party pass only allows access to the FUTURE Welcome Party on Monday, September 28 and the FUTURE Party at the Rady Shell on Wednesday, September 30. It does not include conference meals, interactive workshops and product trainings, educational or keynote sessions, networking reception, or EXPLORE access.

All registration payments for FUTURE must be made via credit card on our secure website.

Yes. To request an attendee substitution, please send the names and emails of those who are exchanging to future@appfolio.com.

Cancellations received by Monday, September 14, 2026 will receive a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

No refunds will be permitted after Monday, September 14, 2026. If you're unable to cancel prior to this date, you'll have the option to apply the cost of this year's registration towards FUTURE 2027. Please email future@appfolio.com to request.

Yes, you may add another person to qualify for the discounted group rates — please notify us at future@appfolio.com with all attendees' names and email addresses, and we'll process the discount per attendee to honor the group rate.

We are not offering one-day or EXPLORE only passes.
